This issue has been resolved and full Audience URL and Engagement Tool functionality is working as expected.

Update
We are continuing to monitor stability of the Audience URLs, however issues appear to be resolved at this time. Anomalies with Engagement tool functionality is also back to full functionality.

Monitoring
The ON24 platform experienced a brief issue with access to Audience and Preview URLs and temporarily blocking entry to events and other functionality. The greatest impact was seen between 2:40am and 3am Pacific time, however delays in Audience URL functionality spanned between 1:45am and 4:00am Pacific. The ON24 team has implemented changes to allow proper access and the issue was resolved. While URLs are currently available some Engagement tools may experience degraded functionality in some events.
The team continues to monitor the stability of the ON24 Platform and will make updates as needed.
