Investigating

ON24 Cvent has received reports that the Record, Play, and Next Slide buttons in the Elite Studio Recording Interface (ESRI) are inactive for some presenters.

Our technical teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal functionality. We will provide another update as more information becomes available.
