We have identified the issue affecting customers using ESRI Pre-Live and Post-Live and have applied a fix. Users should now be able to advance slides and start recordings as expected.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting customers using ESRI Pre-Live and Post-Live. Users may be unable to advance slides or start recordings. When attempting to move slides forward or press the Record button, no action occurs.
